We guarantee high quality of cutting for standard hardness samples (58HRc - 65HRc). The manufacturer has designed cutting machines and wheels to cut samples raging from 360HRc.

Machines are equipped with dust, dirt and moisture protection of bearings and guiding rails and a special roof-shaped system of moisture extraction called «Labyrinth», which is made of stainless steel and located under the table.  All the drive shafts of the working chamber are made of stainless steel. Bushes and screws are made of brass. Cables are placed in corrosion-resistant boxes. All guiding rails are additionally protected with seals and dust guards.

Pneumatic clamping system of a cutting wheel (axis Z) is designed to ensure proper working environment and located outside of the machine body.

The working chamber is equipped with an accidental opening safety system. The chamber is protected against mechanical and heat damage. Special system of dust removal, ventilation and air filtering makes it possible to work with toxic, poisonous and radioactive materials.

Cutting off machines provide:
