1. Low-Pressure Aluminum Casting Machines
The Machines are designed for aluminum alloys casting under low regulated pressure.
Low-Pressure Die-Casting Machines are equipped with:
- upper plate moving mechanism with a puller;
- side plate moving mechanism with a puller;
- rising filling unit to clamp the metal wire to the die barrel;
- automatic Casting Remover;
- hydraulic drive for transferring extra cores or mould parts.
Low pressure casting method is recommended for special thick-walled casting with exclusive standards of density and integrity of the internal structure. For the successful completion of this task the machine provides multistep filling speed, pressure and makeup control.

3. Low Pressure Brass Billet Casting Facility
The facility is designed for brass billet die casting. It consists of:
- casting machine
- electric induction furnace
- cooling and graphitization tank for chill moulds
- mould cleaning room

- moulding-sand preparation unit
Low Pressure Brass Billet Machine Machine represents a Dual-Station Rotary Moulding Machine. The first station serves for opening and closing of the moulds, their graphitization and cooling, and core setting. The second station is for jointing with the furnace metal wire and casting into moulds.
Cooling and graphitization tank is a dual tank filled with graphite water-solution meant for cooling and graphite coating of the moulds working surface dipping them into the solution. Cleaning room is used for cleaning moulds working surface with dry siliceous sand.
