Cold Chamber Die-Casting Machines are designed for a wide range of aluminum, zinc and copper castings. It is possible to connect to the Machine additional mechanical equipment (under the contract), such as:
- injection moulding robots;
- lubricating robot;
- automatic casting remover;
- casting removing control unit;
- press plunger lubricator:
It is also possible to control the cores installed on movable and immovable half moulds under a preset program.
The Die-Casting Machine operates in the following modes:
- Setup Mode;
- Semiautomatic Mode;
- Automatic Mode (operating with all the additional mechanical equipment).
The Control System by agreement with the client can be based on either relay elements or a programmable controller.
