Today, Stack Moulding Technology is a cutting-edge method of light casting, e.g. piston rings, valve seats, household electric stoves hotplates, grinding balls, fittings, brake blocks, base members etc. The reason why the Stack Moulding Technology is so widely used is that it has a number of essential advantages comparing with the other temporary-mould casting methods, such as
- Considerable saving of the moulding sand, 1.7-1.9 times;
- High good casting yield due to the compact gating system;
- Metal saving and reduction of fuel and energy costs for its smelting;
- Require less production space for the same production volume.
Stack Moulding Machines Description:
Moulding Machine Model 4812The Machine is designed to produce temporary sand-clay moulds in boxes with the pattern imprint on the bottom molding box, with their subsequent assembly into a vertical stack consisting of 18 moulds. It is used in foundries with serial and mass production for manufacturing of piston ring castings and other small details. The Machine represents a Three-Station Rotary Moulding Machine. On the first station the moulding sand is filled, rammed and drawn. The second station serves for unloading the finished mould, its inspection and setting of an empty moulding box. The third station is free. |
|
Moulding Machine Model 4828The Machine is designed to produce single-sided and double-sided sand-clay moulds in moulding boxes with the pattern imprint on the bottom or both bottom and top boxes with their subsequent assembly into a vertical stack consisting of 7 moulds. The Machine represents a Three-Station Rotary Moulding Machine. On the first station the moulding sand is filled, rammed and drawn. The second station serves for unloading the finished mould, its inspection and setting of an empty moulding box. The third station is free. |

Moulding Machine Model 4837The Machine is designed to produce temporary sand-clay moulds in boxes with the pattern imprint on one or both molding boxes, with their subsequent assembly into a vertical stack consisting of 7 moulds. It is used in foundries with serial and mass production for manufacturing castings up to 8 kg in one mould. The Machine represents a Four-Station Rotary Moulding Machine. On the first station the moulding sand is filled, rammed and drawn. The second station serves for inspection and core setting. On the third station the mould is unloaded. The fourth station is free. |
|
Moulding Machine Model 4840The Machine is designed for a multiproduct manufacture, for the production of sand-clay moulds in vertical stacks with a double-sided pattern imprint. The distinctive features of this model are portability, high performance and small size. |
